Cancellation Policy
Beckley.Wax.Studio requires a 50% booking fee for all appointments. Key points regarding the deposit policy: 1. A 50% booking fee of the total service is required within 24 hrs of booking & to confirm your appointment. No shows forfeit deposit. 2. **Sent via text:** Booking fee will be made using Square link at time of online pre-booking & applied at the date of the service. Please kindly provide a phone # to text, or the appointment will automatically be cancelled. 3. Your appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking fee. 4. **Cancellation Policy:** Fee is refundable if cancellations are made 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 5. **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hrs in advance.
